At Silix, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Silix account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
